Service details

Simply drop your knives in prior to 12.00pm on the above dates and they will be sharpened and ready for collection by close of business that Friday. Knives can be dropped in advance for this paid service.

Introducing Joel Sharpe

Mr Sharp was established in 2010 by qualified chef Joel Sharpe. Joel began his career as a young chef working for Sydney icon Greg Doyle at Pier, Rosebay. He went on to work in some of Sydney’s best restaurants including Quay and Bel Mondo.
