Service details
Please drop your knives anytime prior to midday on the above dates and they will be sharpened later that afternoon. Our professional sharpening service Mr Sharp is a mobile service, so the actual time of sharpening varies.
It is safer to collect from the next day onward as he may not be finished by 5.00pm close of trade.

Joel Sharpe – Mr Sharp
Mr Sharp was established in 2010 by qualified chef Joel Sharpe. Joel began his career as a young chef working for Sydney icon Greg Doyle at Pier, Rosebay. He went on to work in some of Sydney’s best restaurants including Quay and Bel Mondo.
